Return policy

At L. Tremain, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. The design, materials, safety and production of our lines are our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Returns with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit in the form of a merchandise credit in the amount indicated on the receipt. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment (credit card or check). Please allow 14 business days for return processing.

NOTE: ALL returns must include your original receipt or gift receipt to receive a refund. Items returned with no purchase or payment information will not be refunded. 

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us via email ( or call us toll free at 1-800-666-6126 so that we can assist your further in resolving your issue. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST.

If any item(s) is received damaged or defective, please send images clearly showing the damage/defect, along with images of the shipping and packing material to: (cell phone images are fine!) Once the images are received, we will re-ship a replacement piece at no extra cost or issue a full refund, whichever is requested.
