At L. Tremain, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. The design, materials, safety and production of our lines are our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Returns with a gift receipt will be issued a butterbell.com store credit in the form of a merchandise credit in the amount indicated on the receipt. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment (credit card or check). Please allow 14 business days for return processing.

If any item(s) is received damaged, please send an image of the broken item(s) along with the original packaging and shipping material to support@butterbell.com.  Once the images are received, we will reship a replacement item at no extra cost.
