Return Policy

At L. Tremain, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. The design, materials, safety and production of our product lines are our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price.

If within 60 days of receipt of your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment of the purchaser. We do not allow product exchanges. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment (credit card or check). Please allow 14 business days for return processing.

NOTE: ALL returns must include your original receipt or gift receipt to receive a refund. Items returned with no purchase or payment information will not be refunded. 

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

If you receive an order that is incorrect or arrives broken, please contact us immediately or within 10 days of receipt of your order to report the damage/problem. You can email us at support@butterbell.com or call 1-800-666-6126, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST so that we can assist you in resolving your issue.

If your product is received damaged or is defective, please email images clearly showing the damage/defect, along with the outer box, shipping and packing materials to support@butterbell.com (cell phone photos are fine!). Damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your package to receive a free replacement piece. Once the images are received and reviewed, your product will be replaced at no charge, or a refund shall be issued, whichever is requested. Please note that only products purchased at butterbell.com are subject to free replacements, and a receipt of purchase or customer order number is required.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal domestic conditions in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.

What does this warranty NOT cover?

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.

Who is covered by this warranty?

The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the original owner, whether as a self-purchase or received as a gift. Proof of purchase or gift receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty only applies to purchases made from authorized re sellers of the Butter Bell crock. Purchases made from unknown third party sources may not be covered under this warranty policy.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

To make a warranty claim, you must call our customer service support line at 1-800-666-6126 or email us at support@butterbell.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning your product to us. At that time, the customer service agent will instruct you on where to return the product, as well as ensure your claim is valid under our warranty provisions. You must use a traceable means to return your product as L. Tremain Inc. is not responsible for damages, lost or stolen merchandise. You must enclose a return address and a note explaining the particular problem or defect. Our processing time for returns is typically two to four weeks after receipt of a claim.
