What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an order that is incorrect or arrives broken, please contact us immediately or within 10 days of receipt of your order to report the damage/problem. You can email us at email@example.com or call 1-800-666-6126, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST so that we can assist you in resolving your issue.
If your product is received damaged or is defective, please email images clearly showing the damage/defect, along with the outer box, shipping and packing materials to firstname.lastname@example.org (cell phone photos are fine!). Damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your package to receive a free replacement piece. Once the images are received and reviewed, your product will be replaced at no charge, or a refund shall be issued, whichever is requested. Please note that only products purchased at butterbell.com are subject to free replacements, and a receipt of purchase or customer order number is required.
