1. We use a variety of carriers for Flat Rate / Free Shipping Option and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
2. Will ship U.S. Postal Service / FedEx Smartpost if shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
3. All shipping methods including Standard, Express, and Next Day are calculated based on weight and destination. To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.

Currently, Butter Bell Store only allows you to ship items to one address. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order(s).

We offer three shipping methods for packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (two shipping methods to other US territories) at the prices listed in the table above. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times.

One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed above. Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

United States Postal Service & FedEx SmartPost are available for shipments to P.O. Boxes. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout.

Standard Delivery:           £6.50

Next Day Delivery:           £7.50

For Next day delivery: Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day*. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and across the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed before 2pm on UK Bank Holidays will be delivered two days later. We will confirm the expected delivery date via email after you place your order.

Estimated delivery times all exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. When your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.

We offer delivery to a huge range of international locations.

European Union shipping addresses will display shipping options once a valid address is entered during checkout.
