Shipping & handling charges are determined by the total weight of the items in your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Torrance, CA. Orders placed on weekdays can take up to 48 hours to ship. Orders placed on weekends/holidays (including Fridays) can take up to 72 hours to ship. This applies to both standard and expedited shipping. NOTE: For orders weighing more than 24 pounds, please inquire for shipping and handling charges.

Standard Shipping Orders in the 48 contiguous states are shipped via US Mail or FedEx ground delivery, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery zone. Average delivery time for standard ground delivery is 5 to 7 business days. Orders that ship to addresses outside the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories) are shipped via US Mail and average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. There is an extra delivery charge of $7.50 for these shipments. Expedited Shipping Expedited delivery orders are shipped via FedEx Saver 3 Day Service. Only orders within the continental US can receive expedited delivery . Canadian Shipping All Canadian orders will ship either via First Class or Priority US Mail. Average delivery times are 7 to 12 business days. Expedited delivery is not available in Canada currently. Canadian residents are responsible for all local taxes, GST taxes and brokerage fees, if applicable.. PO Box Addresses For orders of 2 pounds or less, we can ship to a PO Box address. Two pounds or less is a single Butter Bell or Tea Steeper. For orders of two or more crocks or mugs, we CANNOT deliver to a PO Box. We must have a physical street address to deliver. APO & FPO Addresses Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will ship either US Mail or FedEx ground depending on the size of the order. Orders of 2 or more Butter Bell crocks most often will ship via FedEx ground service. Deliver time is 5 to 10 business days. International Shipping (excluding Canada) We do ship to all countries worldwide;however you must contact us first to get shipping and handling charges. The best way to do this is to email us with your shipping and order information to get a price quote and shipping options. Our website will not accept foreign orders, so you must either email us OR call us at 1-310-306-5510 OR fax us your order to 1-310-305-3723.
