Note: Although the Restaurant Butter Bell Crock
can store a small amount of butter for up to 30 days, it is designed
for single sitting, one time use by restaurants. For restaurant use,
it is not necessary to add water to the base. Using this crock is
the equivalent of serving butter in a ramekin or on a plate.
