L. Tremain, Inc. offers several delivery methods for your order including, FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground, FedEx 3-Day and FedEx 2-Day delivery. Most orders for in-stock items placed before 10am PST will be processed the same business day and ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed Friday after 10am PST typically ship on the following Monday. Additional processing time may be necessary for international orders. Please refer to your order ship confirmation email for delivery details.
All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by L. Tremain, Inc. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we may help track your package. Our warehouse is located in Torrance, CA.

- Orders are shipped via the best method available. FedEx Smart Post is a collaboration between FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service where your package will have tracking via FedEx, but will be delivered to your address by the U.S. Postal Service.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and each individual ship to address.
- Available for delivery to P.O. boxes.
- Holiday delivery is not available.
- FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 14TH WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. We suggest using our FEDEX Home Delivery option or Express Saver to ensure delivery before the holiday.
NOTE:
Standard Delivery and Processing Charges: The flat rate option of $5.99 applies to any size order within the continental U.S. The flat rate option is not available for deliveries within Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. All items within the order must ship to the same address to qualify for the special low flat rate.

FedEx 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING

These specifications do not apply to our Holiday Delivery schedule.
Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day deliveries are not available to post office boxes. Please select FEDEX Smart Post delivery during checkout for all orders shipped to P.O. boxes. If you wish your order to be delivered to a street address via FEDEX, please do not include a P.O. Box in the ship to address.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based on weight of the order and to each individual shipping address or zone. The following shipping and handling charges apply to products pictured and described on our web site and to online orders from our catalogs. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. All orders will ship from our warehouse in Torrance, California, except where noted on our website.
Please Note: Sales tax of 8.75% to all shipping addresses within California.
Free Shipping Promotion
Limited time only promotions at www.butterbell.com may waive Fedex Smart Post and Ground shipping charges as described above. Promotion applies to qualifying orders to a single address in the continental US during promotions only. FEDEX 3 Day and 2 Day and are not waived during free shipping promotions. L. Tremain, Inc. reserves the right to select the method of shipping during promotions on www.butterbell.com.

If you would like to place an order for multiple ship to addresses, you can either place individual orders through our website to distinguish each ship to recipient and address. Or you can call 1-800-666-6126 x 200, to place you order with one of trusted and qualified staff members.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Order Confirmation and Order Shipped Emails: We will send a confirmation of your order, including when your item(s) ship and any communication relevant to your order, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. This does not apply to orders that are shipped via FedEx Smart Post. If your order has shipped via FedEx Smartpost, please call 1-800-666-6126, or click here support@butterbell.com, to send an email request for your Smart Post tracking number.
Canadian Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Average delivery times are anywhere from 3 to 6 business days. Expedited delivery is not available in Canada currently. Canadian residents are responsible for all local taxes, GST taxes and brokerage fees, if applicable. L. Tremain, Inc. reserves the right to bill or charge customers that do not pay local taxes, GST taxes and brokerage fees that occur due to international shipping.
International Shipping (excluding Canada)
We do ship to all countries worldwide; however you must contact us first to get accurate shipping and handling charges. The best way to do this is to email us with your delivery address and what you would like to order to get a price quote and shipping options. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
International residents are responsible for all local taxes, duties and brokerage fees, if applicable. L. Tremain, Inc. reserves the right to bill or charge customers that do not pay local taxes, duties and brokerage fees that occur due to international shipping. L. Tremain does not refund the original shipping and handling charges for packages that are refused due to non-payment of duties and taxes.
